Job Description - Bilingual Virtual Patient Care Coordinator

CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN ARIZONA

If you’re passionate about scheduling, answering calls, greeting patients, checking them in and out, and assisting with billing and insurance, we’d love to meet you.

Empower Physical Therapy is hiring a Virtual Patient Care Coordinator! Our “together we’re better” philosophy creates a supportive, collaborative culture where coming to work is something you look forward to.

This position starts with 8-12 weeks of in-person training at our Coolidge, Arizona clinic, so candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

What You’ll Do:

Answer calls, greet patients, and manage scheduling
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Assist with patient check-in/check-out and billing support
Help ensure every patient feels welcome and cared for

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED (required)
1+ year in a physical therapy or medical front office role (preferred)
Friendly, approachable personality and great customer service skills
Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and EHR systems
Bilingual - Spanish Speaking Required
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Schedule:
