We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Booking Specialist to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences. This role involves working directly with clients to organize travel arrangements while delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking hotels, flights, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide recommendations based on client preferences and needs
• Manage reservations and ensure accuracy of travel details
• Communicate with travel partners and vendors
• Provide support before, during, and after travel
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with online systems and booking platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace
