Bookkeeper (Maternity Leave Replacement)

About the Position:

SAM Seamless Network is looking for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper (Maternity Leave Replacement)to join our growing finance team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience as an in-house bookkeeper at one of the leading cybersecurity startups in Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, eager to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

 Main Responsibilities: 

• Full responsibility for financial and accounting operations up to trial balance
• Manage month-end closing processes, including accruals and prepaid expenses
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, and invoice recordings
• Manage vendor payments
• Submit monthly reports to tax authorities and other institutions
• Review monthly payroll
• Record employee travel and expense reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in high-tech or startup environments
• Certified Bookkeeper – Type 1+2 required; Type 3 – advantage
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel – required
• High level of English – required
• Experience with NetSuite – advantage
• Payroll specialist diploma – advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
