Job Description - Bookkeeper/Accountant for a Consulting Company in the US (Home Based Full Time)

â¢ Reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com

â¢ Accurately categorize transactions

â¢ Enter manual journal entries as needed

â¢ Prepare financial reports and financial statements

â¢ Identify and resolve AP transaction syncing issues between QBO and Bill.com

â¢ Clean up and correct past financial records to ensure accurate reporting

â¢ Manage and maintain up-to-date Accounts Payable/Receivable records

â¢ Collaborate closely with Ivy and the internal finance team
