Are you passionate about education, tech, and team leadership? We’re looking for a Bootcamp Lead to oversee our Data, Web Development, and QA bootcamps in Brazil. You’ll manage a team of tutors, instructors, and code reviewers — driving quality, consistency, and student success across all cohorts.

You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that every student cohort runs smoothly, every instructor is supported, and that the educational experience gets better with every iteration.

• Lead and support a team of tutors, instructors, and senior reviewers.
• Monitor team performance using dashboards and weekly KPIs.
• Provide regular feedback, training, and professional development.
• Oversee cohort launches and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Marketing, HR, Sales, and Product teams.
• Track learning space usage and webinar quality to continuously improve the student experience.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and payroll updates for your team.
• Represent your bootcamps in internal meetings and contribute to process improvements.

• Experience leading educational teams (bonus if in tech, bootcamps, or remote environments)
• Data-driven mindset and comfort with performance metrics
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills
• Fluent in Portuguese and English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Data, Web, or QA content areas.
• Experience with Notion, Jira, and Tableau (or similar tools).
• Community-building mindset on platforms like Discord.
