We're looking for a talented Brand & Marketing Designer to join our growing remote team. As a Brand & Marketing Designer, you will help shape and elevate client brands through thoughtful design and strategic visual communication. You will work closely with creative directors, marketers, and clients to develop branding systems, digital assets, marketing materials, and campaign creatives that align with business goals and audience needs.

The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking.

What You'll Do

• Design brand identities, logos, and visual systems for a variety of client industries.
• Create compelling digital marketing assets including social media graphics, email campaigns, display advertisements, and website visuals.
• Develop print collateral such as brochures, presentations, signage, sales materials, packaging, and promotional assets.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and project teams to bring concepts from idea to execution.
• Translate client goals and brand strategies into effective visual solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Ensure consistency across all client touchpoints and brand communications.
• Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay informed on design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging creative technologies.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, brand design, marketing design, or a related creative role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a creative agency environment.
• Familiarity with website design principles and platforms such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Webflow.
• Experience creating social media campaigns and digital advertising assets.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
