We are looking for a Brand Designer to elevate United Tech’s brand recognition and visual presence. You will join a strong Employer Brand team and bring meaning, clarity, and emotion to every brand touchpoint from social content to presentations, from swag to internal comms. You will create designs that speak to thousands of candidates, partners, and team members, people who want to feel proud of their company and its look and feel. This role is a great fit for a strong Middle or Senior Designer ready to take ownership of the brand’s visual language and scale its impact
In this role, you will
- Create high-quality internal and external brand and marketing materials
- Design engaging social media content, campaigns, and digital ads
- Build impactful presentations and layouts with strong narrative and visual flow
- Define and evolve a cohesive visual language for all brand communication
- Help make United Tech one of the most visually admired companies in Ukraine
It’s all about you
- 2+ years of brand design experience for digital-first products
- Mastery of Figma, Adobe CC, and at least one motion tool (AE, Lottie, Rive)
- Excellent typographic and layout skills, including complex grid systems
- Deep understanding of color theory, contrast, and accessibility for both screen and print
- You simplify complex ideas, improve copy when needed, and care about clarity
- Strong portfolio that includes infographics, social campaigns, and at least one full brand refresh
- Team player with high personal standards and aspiration for excellence
- English level: B2 or higher
- Basic animation skills or experience working with motion designers (e.g. writing clear briefs)
