Accountabilities
- Execute brand strategy for designated brands while supporting product and packaging initiatives.
- Implement pricing strategies and integrated marketing communication plans.
- Provide input for commercial plans and advise on marketing plans to ensure revenue and profit targets are met.
- Develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns based on consumer insights.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in a Brand Manager role within FMCG.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent analytical skills.
- Proven track record in project delivery and experience managing complex projects.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and deliver results autonomously.
- Demonstrated creativity with external agency partners.
