Position Overview:
As the Brand Strategist at Jagged Fitness LLC, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that define and enhance our brand identity. Your role will involve conducting market research, crafting compelling messaging, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints to attract and retain clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Define and articulate Jagged Fitness LLC's unique value proposition, mission, and vision to differentiate our services in the market.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to inform branding decisions.
Messaging & Positioning: Develop clear and compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience and communicates our brand's benefits effectively.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, and promotional materials.
Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual elements, tone of voice, and messaging across all communications.
Client Engagement: Develop strategies to foster strong relationships with clients, encouraging loyalty and referrals.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and consumer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.

Jagged Fitness was founded in 2019 to fill a gap within the fitness industry. The founder of Jagged Fitness, Jacob Germansky, realized several problems while training clients at a gym.
The most common excuse was lack of time. Many clients commuted long hours, had a busy family life, could not get to the gym in the morning or before close. Other clients felt self-conscious about working out in a gym and preferred a private space.
We provide convenience and accountability, while alleviating the added stress that going to the gym may cause.
