This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Business Analyst IV. This role is integral to transforming the health of communities and positively impacting 28 million members. You will perform and lead various analyses to bridge business needs with objectives while implementing process improvements. By leveraging data analysis and user feedback, you will identify implementation barriers and enhance overall business processes. This position requires collaboration across departments to ensure effective delivery of business applications.
Accountabilities
- Lead support for business initiatives through data analysis and user acceptance testing
- Identify and analyze user requirements to improve processes
- Resolve issues and promote process redesign opportunities
- Perform detailed analysis on projects and recommend business solutions
- Evaluate and communicate risks to management
- Coordinate training program development across business units
- Incorporate organizational best practices into applications
- Oversee changes to departmental policies and procedures
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned functions
- Ability to travel as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare industry
- 5+ years of managed care encounters experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel and Access
- Experience in healthcare business analysis, preferably managed care or Medicaid
- Knowledge of claims systems and SQL scripting preferred
