The company emphasizes its commitment to creating a sustainable planet, targeting future generations.As our Business Controller, you will be expected to: Financial Operations
Manage cost center (CC) and general ledger (GL) controls
Review weekly cash forecasts and funding proposals
Handle month-end close processes, including reconciliation of intercompany accounts
Provide support to junior accountants with accounts payable (AP) and bank reconciliations, as needed
Prepare external and intercompany invoices
Deliver monthly management reporting for GE and group reporting for investors
Prepare and submit tax declarations
Support business
Assist the Business Development team by providing financial input for client bid processes
Annual reports
Lead the process with Deloitte: planning, preparation of the PBC list, and coordination
Projects
Strengthen the internal control framework
Implement a Risk Control Matrix
Roll out a new time-writing system
Optimize the consolidation and reporting tools
You are a proactive, solution-driven professional with a strong financial foundation and a desire to continuously learn and improve. You excel at managing your workload and collaborating across teams.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
Expertise in general ledger management and account reconciliations
Experience in financial analysis and working with ERP/Finance systems (e.g., Exact Globe, Blue10, SRXP, Lucanet)
Advanced Excel proficiency
High attention to detail
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills
Effective communicator, especially in financial and cross-functional contexts.
