Business Controller (m/f/d)

We’re hiring: Business Controller (m/f/d) – Remote / Flexible Location

We’re looking for a hands-on Business Controller with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) to support and improve our growing international BC environment. If you know how to optimize accounting and commercial processes using BC, we’d love to meet you!

• Maintain and enhance our Business Central environment
• Implement and support legal & technical accounting processes
• Collaborate with teams to improve digital commercial workflows
• Lead or support international rollouts and cloud migrations
• Manage system interfaces, third-party tools, and extensions

• Proven Business Central power user – admin experience is a big plus
•  Strong knowledge of accounting workflows and how to implement them in BC
•  Up to date on German legal requirements (e.g., electronic invoicing)
•  Skilled in designing, optimizing, and digitalizing commercial processes
•  Experienced with international BC use and rollouts across multiple countries
•  Ideally helped implement BC abroad or supported a migration to the cloud
•  Comfortable working with third-party modules, integrations, and system interfaces
•  Bonus: Programming experience in BC (AL)
