Position: Insurance Sales — Full Time

Your Day-to-Day

Build relationships, uncover client needs, and offer insurance solutions that truly fit

Develop lead pipelines through outbound calling, marketing campaigns, and local engagement

Represent the agency at networking events, in the community, and online

Bring marketing ideas to life — from grassroots campaigns to digital outreach

Track performance, learn from data, and keep growing

Pay Details

Year 1 Expected Compensation: $40,600 – $50,000+

Bonus Potential: $1,000 – $6,000+ (based on results — your ceiling is up to you)
