BermudAir is seeking an experienced Business Development Director – Leisure Channels to join our growing commercial team. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth through online distribution channels while expanding strategic partnerships across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean.

Position Summary

The Business Development Director – Leisure Channels is responsible for leading BermudAir's leisure distribution strategy, managing Online Travel Agency (OTA) partnerships, luxury consortia, and retail travel networks. This role will drive indirect revenue growth, strengthen strategic relationships, and help shape the airline's premium leisure business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BermudAir's OTA strategy, ensuring strong performance and visibility with major distribution partners


• Deliver indirect revenue targets through sales analysis and collaboration with internal teams to optimize channel performance


• Build and strengthen relationships with luxury consortia, host agencies, and retail travel advisors to drive production and engagement


• Identify, negotiate, and manage luxury wholesale partnerships, supporting the development of air-inclusive travel solutions


• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and enhance BermudAir's premium leisure positioning


• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic commercial initiatives

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in airline, luxury travel, or hospitality sales with a proven track record in indirect distribution


• Established relationships with major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), luxury travel agencies, and consortia organizations


• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and relationship management skills


• Ability and willingness to travel extensively

Location: Remote – U.S. East Coast (Florida preferred), or based in a BermudAir Gateway city (Boston, New York, Washington DC/Baltimore)
