Job Description - Business Development, Enterprise Partnerships (NY, US)

We’re looking for an experienced business development professional to drive enterprise partnerships focusing on payment infrastructure and tokenization. You’ll manage key accounts, regularly engage with enterprise clients, and pitch tailored solutions based on their evolving needs. With an existing network in the tech and payments sectors, you’ll play a key role in expanding Interop Labs' footprint in the industry.
  • Engage with key enterprise accounts, presenting updates, solutions, and insights across multiple business lines.

  • Proactively maintain relationships to ensure we are well-positioned when new opportunities arise.

  • Develop a deep understanding of partner projects to pitch targeted solutions and assess the most actionable initiatives.

  • Drive new business development efforts, focusing on payment infrastructure and tokenization opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and market trends.

  • Ensure consistent follow-up with clients to maintain momentum and keep a healthy pipeline. 

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or partnerships, ideally within tech, payments, or crypto.

  • Established network within the payments, fintech, or blockchain sectors.

  • Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts, building relationships, and pitching complex technical solutions.

  • Professional experience in the crypto industry, with a strong understanding of tokenization or payments infrastructure.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Autonomous, distributed environment with the opportunity to work collaboratively in a diverse team worldwide.
