Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business development and expanding strategic accounts within the security and remote monitoring space. Leveraging a consultative, solutions-based approach, the role focuses on identifying customer pain points, building executive-level relationships, and delivering technology-driven security solutions. The position partners closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop pipeline, advance opportunities, and support market expansion, and is expected to make significant contributions to the Company’s strategic business and sales plan while meeting financial targets for designated accounts and markets.
This position is based in California and offers the flexibility of remote work (i.e., work-from-home); however, travel is required to fulfil the requirements of the position. The position reports directly to the Company’s Executive Vice President, Sales, Netwatch North America.
