Mercury Hampton is exclusively retained with a fast-growing packaging solutions manufacturer that is expanding its commercial team, following continued growth across Texas and the Gulf Coast.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a high-performing sales professional to join an established business with a strong reputation, excellent operational support, and ambitious growth plans.

We're looking for a hunter who enjoys opening doors, winning new business, and building long-term relationships with manufacturers, distributors, logistics providers, and industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business across Houston and Texas
• Build relationships with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing leaders
• Conduct customer visits and identify opportunities to improve packaging performance and reduce costs
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through to contract award
• Deliver against ambitious sales and growth targets
• Represent the business at industry events and trade shows

Ideal Background

• Must have B2B Packaging, corrugated, flexible packaging, industrial packaging or manufacturing solutions experience
• Track record of winning new business and growing accounts
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Driven, ambitious and self-motivated

This opportunity would suit candidates currently working as a Business Development Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Account Executive, Packaging Consultant, Territory Manager or Outside Sales Representative within the packaging sector.
