Job Description - Remote Business Development Manager - Commercial Construction

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year

With over 50 years of experience and consistent "best workplace" awards, we are a leading commercial construction firm specializing in a variety of construction verticals including Healthcare/Medical, Restaurant, Retail, Commercial, Corporate Offices, Light Industrial, Banks, and Financial Institution construction projects.

Working closely with senior leadership, a business development manager on our team is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within specific markets, handling deals over $2M independently. They will develop and implement B2B sales and marketing strategies, establish key relationships, and act as the company’s brand ambassador. Key responsibilities include generating leads, executing strategic sales plans, and managing the sales pipeline through a CRM.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:
Bachelors degree
5+ years of business development and sales experience within the commercial construction space
Experience working for a commercial GC. We are not looking for someone from the sub or owner side.
Construction sales experience selling into one or more of the following verticals: Healthcare/Medical, Restaurant, Retail, Commercial, Corporate Offices, Light Industrial, Banks, and Financial Institutions
Experience selling into one or more of the following markets: Midwest, SE, TX, AZ, or Mid-Atlantic

NICE TO HAVE:
Sales leadership experience
Experience selling to C-Suite and business owners
Existing book of business within the commercial construction industry
