Business Development Manager / Director (Development Services & Outsourcing)

Company: Delaplex Inc.

Location: Remote (US-Based; Preferred states: GA, FL, VA, TX)

Travel: Up to 25–40% (Client meetings, trade shows, industry events)

About the Role:We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Professional with a proven track record in software development services and IT outsourcing sales. You will drive revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new client accounts across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities for custom software development, IT outsourcing, and dedicated engineering teams.

• Build, qualify, and manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.

• Meet with executive stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering) to position Delaplex's solutions.

• Represent Delaplex at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and on-site client meetings.

• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to craft proposals, SOWs, and commercial terms.

Requirements:

• Proven track record and solid work experience in development services sales and outsourcing.

• Direct experience working with or competing alongside leading IT outsourcing firms (e.g., Chetu or similar global IT service providers) is highly desirable.

• Based in the US (preferably Georgia, Florida, Virginia, or Texas).• Willing and able to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
