What You'll Do

  Spot and pursue new business opportunities—especially among startups and SMEs looking for flexible, high-quality production solutions.

  Build and manage a pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and relationship-building.

  Serve as a trusted partner to startup founders, product managers, and R&D teams—guiding them through every step of their manufacturing journey.

  
  


• 
  

  Understand client pain points and goals, and turn them into tailored proposals that show how Y Soft can help.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive strategic growth with solutions like rapid prototyping, market testing, and scalable manufacturing pathways.

  
  


• 
  

  Negotiate and close deals that fuel both client success and company growth.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and product teams to make sure client needs are met with precision.

  
  


• 
  

  Represent Y Soft at trade shows, incubators, and industry events to grow our presence and network.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep your CRM up to date and share market insights that help shape our offerings and strategy.

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  3+ years in business development or B2B sales—ideally in manufacturing, industrial tech, or a similar space.

  
  


• 
  

  Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and challenges, especially for early-stage companies.

  
  


• 
  

  A natural relationship-builder who’s comfortable advising startups and translating technical capabilities into business value.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience from an R&D, supply chain, or operations environment is a strong plus.

  
  


• 
  

  Entrepreneurial mindset with insight into the startup ecosystem and product development lifecycle.

  
  


• 
  

  Strategic thinker who thrives on results and adapts easily to change.

  
  


• 
  

  Fluent in English and Czech, with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
