Territory: Kosciusko, MS and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview

SERVPRO of Kosciusko, Philadelphia, Greenwood is part of a national leader in fire and water cleanup and restoration, helping property owners recover from disasters quickly and professionally. With a strong reputation for service excellence and rapid growth in the region, we are expanding our team to better serve the Kosciusko area and surrounding communities.

We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to lead strategic growth efforts in Northeast Mississippi. This high-impact role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, fostering key relationships, and driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates will bring experience in sales—preferably in restoration, construction, or property management—and a passion for building meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop New Business

Identify and engage prospective clients through research, outreach, and networking.

Analyze market trends and align growth strategies with business goals.

Manage Client Relationships

Serve as the lead point of contact for key customers.

Maintain strong, ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate Across Teams

Partner with estimating and operations to support contract execution.

Align with marketing to launch targeted campaigns and initiatives.

Track and Report Performance

Establish sales goals and track KPIs.

Deliver regular performance updates to leadership.

Represent SERVPRO

Attend industry events, community functions, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

Establish yourself as a trusted representative of the SERVPRO brand in the Kosciusko, Philadelphia, Greenwood area.

Qualifications

Experience:

Experience launching or expanding into new markets is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

CRM proficiency and Microsoft Office fluency.

Strong analytical and relationship-building abilities.

Attributes:

Highly self-motivated and results-driven.

Team-oriented but comfortable working independently.

Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
