Role Description:

This is a remote role for a Business Development Specialist (Commission Only) at THE EMPLOYEE CONNECT. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for tasks such as lead generation, market research, customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to drive business growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Lead Generation
• Ability to adapt to changing business environments
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in B2B sales or business development is a REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with a competitive, tiered structure designed to reward performance. Earn a base commission of 10% on the revenue generated from placements secured through the clients you bring in, with opportunities to increase earnings up to 20% for high-revenue contracts. Additional performance-based bonuses include a **5% bonus** for securing retained or exclusive agreements, and a **5% monthly bonus** for exceeding revenue targets. This structure ensures unlimited earning potential based on your success in bringing valuable clients to the agency.
