Vistra has an immediate opening for an organized and methodical business operations professional to track office requirements, support business operations including standardization and modernization, handle formal coordination of DoW correspondence and taskers, and manage recurring stakeholder meetings. The Business Operations Analyst will ensure efficient office operations, working independently and with senior executives to manage multiple simultaneous efforts and maintain effective operations.
This position is primarily remote with occasional on-site requirements at the Mark Center or Pentagon. Candidates in the Metro DC area strongly preferred.
