We are currently looking for a Business Support Analyst (m/f/x).

The Business Support Analyst will work with our Sales and Business Dev teams to drive our lead generation efforts and identify potential clients who can benefit from our services. You will employ various strategies to reach target markets, conduct research, and ensure a robust pipeline of interested prospects, ultimately supporting our sales team to convert leads into lasting partnerships.
The ideal candidate is proactive, motivated, and skilled in both traditional and modern sales techniques. They will have a strong background in sales support or administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

⭐ Your Responsibilities
Account List Building: Systematically compile, enrich and maintain a comprehensive list of target accounts for prospecting, ensuring alignment with the ideal customer profile (ICP) and sales objectives.
Target Account Qualification: Conduct research and use tools to identify and qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria and enrich with required data points
Lead Identification: Research and identify profiles within target accounts that align with defined buyer personas
Prospecting Data Management: Input and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and outreach tool, tracking interactions and updates
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to effectively position Cello's value proposition
Collaboration: Work closely with the business development team to support their efforts and provide insights from your lead generation activities
Reporting: Support in generating reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness to drive continuous improvement

Required
At least 6 months BPO or VA experience handling SaaS or platform accounts, preferably in Marketing and Growth products
Experience in growing client base for Startups
Knowledge of prospecting and social media outreach techniques (e.g. Linkedin)
Business Development and hunter mentality, with a willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Acumen for new lead generation and tracking
CRM Expertise: Experience in CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Zoho CRM, and Pipedrive, and data management tools such as G-sheet, Excel.
Familiarity with list building, prospecting and lead search
Good to have (but not mandatory): experience building CRM automation flows and dashboards, skilled in using AI prompts and AI-tools, data scraping, or automation to enhance data enrichment and outreach efforts
