Job Description - Business Systems Trainer

The Business Systems Trainer will provide application support for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel’s ERP & CRM systems. This position will be an integral part of cross functional systems training, documentation and will serve as a support liaison to the JBRx Group.

Prefer candidates to be based in the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR and Raleigh, NC

Responsibilities: 

  • Guide and support the use of Jacuzzi’s ERP and CRM systems ensuring effective and efficient operation.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training through training curriculum to help employees maximize their use of business systems.
  • Support onboarding of new team members within the organization via virtual & in person training sessions.
  • Collaborate on user guidelines and documentation to support system metrics.
  • Assess training needs and system functionality to address gaps, improve user proficiency, and enhance efficiency through process improvements and workflow automation.
  • Create user training documents & SOPs for both the ERP & CRM.
  • Review, document and resolve IT tickets using JBRx’s current ticketing system.
  • Act as back up to the Business Systems Manager when necessary.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $60,000+ depending on experience

  • Associate degree in Education, Training, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in systems training development and facilitation
  • Proven experience with training systems and software
  • Strong analytical skills to determine training needs and evaluate effectiveness
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams across the organization
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM, ERP and IT Ticketing platforms is a plus
  • Up to 25% travel required
