CA Foreclosure Attorney Work from Home!

We are hiring a California-licensed Foreclosure Attorney to support foreclosure litigation remotely. Join a dynamic legal team representing top financial institutions!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage judicial foreclosure and real estate litigation cases from start to finish
• Conduct case analysis and advise clients on strategy
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and file/defend motions
• Represent clients in court hearings (both remote and in-person)
• Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and client systems

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the California Bar (required)
• Minimum 5 years of litigation, mortgage law, or real estate law experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize a large caseload
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and online client systems
