Position Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Cabinet Designer to join our incredible team with experience in creating layouts using 2020Design/Flex for residential kitchens and backends, ensuring completion of duties including but not limited to:

· 2020Design/Flex cabinet layouts, elevations, and rendering for Single Family & Multi-Family Residential projects

· Understanding architectural plans and scaling using Bluebeam

· Creating layouts and assisting in pricing for builder bidding

· Creating an LSL for respective builder assignment(s) for field measurements

· Prepping production cabinet layout and installation packets for respective builder assignment(s)

· Identifying and managing project risks and communicating potential installation concerns

· Providing project status updates to senior management

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

· Proficient in Residential Cabinetry Design using 2020Design/Flex and Bluebeam

· Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn

· Capable of thinking critically and acting with integrity

· Ability to plan and execute duties independently in a fast-paced environment

· Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in buyer/builder sign-off selections

· Efficient in time management to meet deadlines

· Clearly and professionally communicate both verbally and electronically

Physical Demands and Work Environment 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be working with other team members in an indoor office setting at a computer and may have occasional exposure to outdoor environments in the warehouse. This position is for a Monday through Friday schedule, generally working an 8-hour shift. Remote opportunities may be available based on experience and completed training.
