Call Center & Event Enrollment Specialist needed in Pittsburgh, PA

Do you thrive on delivering exceptional client experiences and keeping things organized in fast-paced environments? Join Red Wagon Club as a Client Engagement & Scheduling Specialist and help families across the country access life-changing estate planning education.

Based out of our Pittsburgh office, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals registering for our in-person seminars in 12 cities nationwide. You'll coordinate scheduling, manage communications, and ensure each client receives outstanding service from the first call to seminar check-in.

  Answer incoming calls from individuals responding to seminar invitations and marketing

  Schedule attendees for seminars using our CRM system

  
  


• 
  

  Make outbound calls, send texts and emails to confirm attendance and minimize no-shows

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in hands-on training, including CRM instruction with Blake and live call shadowing with Tim’s team

  
  


• 
  

  Work with internal and outreach teams to ensure seminars are fully booked and smoothly executed

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in a call center, client scheduling, or high-volume customer service role preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable using CRM platforms, phone systems, texting tools, and email

  
  


• 
  

  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven

  
  


• 
  

  Fast learner who is open to feedback and thrives in a team environment

  Must be available to work on-site in Pittsburgh, PA
