In this role, you will be a vital part of managing and supporting card program operations, ensuring that the system functions smoothly for credit and debit card services. You will work closely with various teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance, while also playing a crucial role in project implementations and platform support. Your analytical skills will be key in identifying areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions that enhance our services and overall efficiency. This position is open to qualified remote candidates within the US, giving you the flexibility to balance work and personal life.
Accountabilities
- Serve as primary operational support resource for the TSYS Loyalty Platform (TLP).
- Monitor daily platform activity to ensure transaction accuracy and system performance.
- Perform testing and validation for system enhancements and configuration changes.
- Execute monthly First Line of Defense (FLOD) control testing in accordance with risk and compliance requirements.
- Analyze operational data to identify performance issues and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or related field OR equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial services operations or card operations.
- Strong understanding of card operations and transaction processing systems.
- Experience in banking and/or card payments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
