As a Case Manager & Intake Specialist, you are often the first person a worker talks to when they reach out for help. You'll interview prospective clients by phone in English and Spanish, listen carefully to what happened, and turn each conversation into clear, accurate notes that help the legal team decide on next steps. Many callers are going through one of the hardest moments of their working lives, so patience and a steady, professional voice matter here as much as speed.

If you're fluent in English and Spanish, great on the phone, and take pride in getting the details right, this is a real way into the legal field. 

What You'll Do

• Client interviews. Interview prospective clients over the phone in English and Spanish, gathering the facts of their workplace situation in detail.


• Bilingual communication. Stay in touch with prospective clients and companies by phone, email and text message, in both languages.


• Accurate case notes. Summarize every phone interview in clear, well-organized notes in English and Spanish — the record the legal team relies on to evaluate each case.


• Organized follow-through. Keep multiple conversations and follow-ups moving through the day while working within the firm's established processes.


• Team support. Take on other duties as needed to support the firm's case management team.

What You Bring

• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written. This one is essential.


• Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette — you put people at ease and keep the conversation on track.


• Strong written communication and fast, accurate typing.


• Superior note-taking skills: you capture what matters, the first time.


• The ability to follow instructions and multitask without letting details slip.


• A professional attitude, honesty and dependability — people are trusting you with their story.


• Computer savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook (Email, Calendar and Planner) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with the Apple operating system is preferred.

• The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.


• 100% remote — work from wherever you do your best thinking


• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (+/- 1 hour accepted) - PST.
