Accountabilities
- Develop and execute category management strategies for travel and corporate credit card solutions.
- Drive the standardization and simplification of travel booking, expense management, and corporate card processes.
- Lead cross-functional program management initiatives for effective implementation of process improvements.
- Analyze travel spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in procurement, finance, HR, and IT for seamless integration of travel programs.
- Develop and maintain travel policies and procedures that support compliance and operational efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements to keep programs competitive.
- Provide training and support to employees on travel and corporate card policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in category management, preferably in travel or corporate credit card.
- Proven program management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Experience with travel management systems and expense reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, change-driven environment.
