CCaaS Implementation Specialist

Navixus is hiring a CCaaS CCaaS Implementation Specialist with a passion for learning new technologies. In this role you will be deploying CCaaS Customer Experience technology. We are growing our team and seeking a team member who is comfortable jumping into a project and helping with solutioning, building, configurations, troubleshooting, call flows and helping Clients understand how the CCaaS platform functions. In this role you will work with complex Contact Center applications to solve for our Client’s business needs. You will be instrumental in the migration and deployment of the solutions. You will use your knowledge and expertise to help determine operational impacts to the business/Contact Center. You will work autonomously as well as with a team of other developers/engineers and architects.
Qualifications For Success:
The pay range for the US role is $75,000 - $115,000 per annum The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience and location of the candidate.
