In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing operations for cell therapy treatment centers, ensuring efficiency and quality in delivering care to patients. Accountabilities
- Implement a collaborative approach with commercial onboarding teams to ensure efficient center operations.
- Provide onsite and remote support to ensure continuous compliance with operational standards.
- Maintain high-quality supply management for cell therapy products.
- Conduct investigations related to quality assurance and compliance.
- Deliver training and support to external partners on operational guidelines.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among clinical trial teams.
- Share best practices and escalate operational challenges to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Medicine, or Science preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in CAR-T or related fields.
- Experience with hospital stakeholder management and external partner relations.
- Ability to engage confidently in medical discussions while maintaining a strategic focus.
- Demonstrated project management experience with multiple deliverables.
- Knowledge of cell apheresis or related operations is a plus.
- Must reside within the territory and be willing to travel 60-80%.
