We are seeking a Change Management Analyst Manager to lead and support organizational change initiatives across multiple workstreams. This role will partner with cross-functional teams and clients to assess change impacts, identify change management needs, and facilitate successful adoption of changes across the organization and client environments.
Your Impact:
· Assess Change Needs: Collaborate with existing project and operational tracks to identify and evaluate change management needs related to business processes, systems, tools, or organizational shifts.
· Facilitate Change Execution: Support and coordinate change management activities such as change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness tracking.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand expectations, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on change initiatives.
· Support Adoption & Transition: Help teams and clients transition through change by enabling awareness, understanding, and buy-in through well-structured change management plans.
· Develop Tools & Materials: Create supporting documentation such as change strategies, communication materials, training plans, and impact reports.
· Monitor & Report: Track change progress, adoption metrics, and potential risks; provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership and project sponsors.
Your Skills & Experience:
· 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project coordination.
· Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
· Demonstrated ability to work across multiple teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
