Charter Flight Operations (Night Shift)

BellAir is seeking Flight Operations Coordinators for our new Night Shift (Part 135 Charter Operations

Schedule: Night shift, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM EDT. Work 4 consecutive nights, followed by 3 days off. One weekend night required. 

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Flight Operations Coordinator to support our Part 135 charter operation during overnight hours. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations while the fleet is active and supported around the clock. You’ll work four nights on and three nights off, providing a predictable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform all operational duties during overnight hours (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM EDT) in support of Part 135 charter flights.


• Monitor flight activity, crew scheduling, trip planning, and dispatch functions.


• Communicate effectively with flight crews, maintenance, and the day-shift operations team to ensure seamless handoffs.


• Ensure compliance with FAA Part 135 regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in aviation (operations, dispatch, crew support, or related role).


• Prior experience in aviation preferred.


• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and Part 135 requirements a plus.


• Attention to detail and ability to work independently during night hours.


• Reliability and punctuality in maintaining a 4-on/3-off night shift schedule.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.
