At Pavago, we are hiring on behalf of one of our premier clients in the private aviation industry to bring on a Charter Sales Executive who will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional travel experience to high-value clientele.
This role requires someone who excels in relationship-building, communicates with confidence and sophistication, and thrives in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.
You will be responsible for managing charter inquiries, crafting tailored flight solutions, and guiding clients through every step of the booking process—ensuring a seamless, world-class experience from the very first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
Charter Sales & Deal Conversion
Manage and convert qualified sales leads into closed deals using company-provided opportunities
Understand client travel requirements and recommend tailored private aviation solutions
Build trust quickly and guide prospects through the booking process
Maximize conversion rates while delivering a premium customer experience
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and active clients
Client Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and encourage repeat business
Deliver exceptional service throughout the client journey, from inquiry to post-flight follow-up
Maintain a high-touch, white-glove approach to customer communication
Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and valued throughout every interaction
Communication & Coordination
Communicate promptly, professionally, and effectively across:
Slack
WhatsApp
Email
Phone
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking execution and client satisfaction
Support seamless service delivery through effective collaboration and communication
CRM & Sales Operations
Maintain accurate CRM records and client information
Track sales activity, opportunities, and pipeline progression
Support reporting efforts and sales performance visibility
Ensure all client interactions and updates are documented accurately
On-Call Support
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support client inquiries and charter requests
Maintain professionalism and responsiveness during time-sensitive situations
Help ensure continuous service coverage and operational reliability

Proven experience in sales, ideally within:
Private aviation
Luxury travel
Hospitality
High-ticket sales
Relationship-driven client-facing environments
Strong consultative selling and relationship management abilities
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong ability to build trust and credibility with high-net-worth clients
Professional, polished, and customer-focused communication style
Self-Motivated & Resourceful
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
Comfortable operating with minimal supervision
On-Call Flexibility
Comfortable managing client inquiries on a rotating schedule
Able to remain responsive, composed, and professional under pressure
Flexible with varying client needs and time-sensitive requests
Technical Proficiency
Familiarity with:
Slack
WhatsApp
CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Comfortable learning and adapting to new systems and technology
Industry & Technical Knowledge
Knowledge of the private aviation industry
Familiarity with:
Part 135 operations
Avinode or similar charter platforms
Cryptocurrency transaction fundamentals
Private jet models and specifications
Cabin configurations
Aircraft range and operational capabilities
