Job Description - Chief Experience Officer

Home Sellers of Minnesota, Inc., a trusted real estate company based in Blooming Prairie, MN, has been committed to serving buyers and sellers with transparency and exceptional service since 1999. We are currently seeking an innovative and strategic Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to lead the development and execution of customer experience initiatives across all client touchpoints. The CXO will be responsible for ensuring that every interaction with our company reflects our values and enhances client satisfaction and loyalty. This leadership role collaborates across departments to design seamless, engaging, and personalized experiences for our clients, leveraging insights, technology, and best practices to drive business growth and maintain our reputation as a market leader in Minnesota real estate.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead initiatives to improve client engagement, satisfaction, and retention through innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and IT teams to deliver a consistent and exceptional experience across all channels.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Advise senior leadership on customer-centric strategies and industry best practices.
  • Drive employee engagement and training programs focused on delivering superior service and experience.
  • Oversee the integration of technology and tools that enhance customer interactions and streamline processes.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of experience initiatives and report on key performance indicators.
  • Champion a company-wide culture that prioritizes customer experience and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer experience management, preferably within real estate or related industries.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with customer experience platforms, CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for enhancing customer journeys.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across all organizational levels.
