Chief Revenue Officer (Remote) 

My Client is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to support the company's growth. The ideal candidate has a passion and dedication for sales with experience in high tech software.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Deliver top line revenue and grow the business
  
• Create raving Company fans out of our customers and stakeholders
  
• Partner with marketing, product and engineering teams to deliver significant value to customers and the community
  
• Hire, develop and support best in class sales sales team and development talent
  
• Develop and drive to predictable revenue
  
• Work with the CEO and finance to build sales budgets and performance metrics
  
• Provide strategic guidance to the company's senior leadership team
  
• Manage VP of new Logo Sales and VP of Customer Success, which includes expansions and renewals
  
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to inform revenue strategies
  
• Continuously improve revenue processes and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  
• Identify and land new revenue opportunities, including new markets, strategic partnerships, and products
  

Must Haves: 

• 10+ years of experience in Sales leadership in DevOps selling to large enterprises
  
• Grown revenue from $20 million to $100 million
  
• Previous experience as CRO in a global business
  
• Minimum 5+ years on a senior leadership team
  
• Experience leading and growing high-performance teams in fast-paced organizations including remote teams
  
• Proven leadership and ability to drive process in a creative environment
