Chief Technology Officer

At Inventi, we build payment infrastructure technology for payment service providers. Our payments platform connects customers to SEPA, SWIFT, TARGET2, and other payment systems through a single API.

We're looking for a Chief Technology Officer to set our technology direction and shape what we build next.

• Own our technology strategy and make the big architectural decisions.
• Drive AI adoption across engineering - make it part of how we build.
• Set the bar for technical quality and engineering standards.
• Own reliability, security, and technical risk across the platform.
• Build a delivery process the whole company can rely on.
• Drive company wide engineering culture and strive for quality, passion and learning.
• Be the technical voice with product, leadership, and key clients.
• Protect our fast-moving culture as we grow - build the kind of org you'd want to work in yourself.

What you bring:

• Technical depth - you can challenge architecture decisions.
• AI is part of your daily toolkit - and something you've brought into your team's way of working.
• Experience owning reliability and uptime for systems that can't go down.
• You know how to handle a production incident with structure.
• A track record of building or scaling an engineering team, with a high bar for who joins it.
• You're comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Fintech, payments, or regulated infrastructure experience is a plus.
