JOB SUMMARY
The Church Outbound Call Representative plays a key role in supporting church relationships and sales efforts through high-volume outbound calling. This role is responsible for connecting with churches on behalf of both the company and its clients—handling follow-up, customer touchpoints, database cleanup, and lead qualification. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced call environment, thrives on high call volume, understands CRM systems, and communicates with clarity, professionalism, and respect for church leaders.
