Job Description - Remote Claims Analyst III 557920

***MUST reside within 50 miles to Phoenix, AZ*** Day 1 is onsite to obtain equipment. The remainder of the assignment is fully remote.

This is a 1-month contract starting 6/24 with potential to extend.

Description & Details:

The remote Claims Analyst III (CAIII) works on the full range of claims, correspondence, quality assurance and escalations to ensure the satisfaction of the goals and priorities of the team. The CAIII also does their part to meet the expectations of internal and external clients with respect to claim handling and Service Level Agreements.

Listen to calls and link documents, verifying name changes on checks. It is critical that checks are made out to the correct customers.
Follow the written process and procedures each time without deviation.
Meet hourly and daily production and quality goals.
Draw logical conclusions based on guidance previously provided, but also know when to reach out to leadership.
Uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed.
Contribute subject area expertise to determine processing guidelines and assess if standards have been met.
Utilize documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
Perform data entry and verification through quality control, making corrections as necessary.
Draft claimant facing communications based on guidance provided.

Qualifications and Experience:
Professional degree or equivalent experience.
Processing experience (Claims), worked with large sets of data.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to use 6 different applications/software simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Sharp critical thinking skills with sound judgment.
Ability to multi-task and be agreeable to change.
Need working computer knowledge.
