Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, and experiences
Assist with organizing customized travel itineraries based on client needs and preferences
Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm availability and details
Provide clear, timely updates to clients regarding their reservations
Assist clients with travel documentation and protection options
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information
Support ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat bookings
