Lead the client delivery organization at a NetSuite consulting firm, managing engagement quality, consistency, and financial performance while scaling the practice and preserving strong client relationships.
Hahns Peak Consulting
Hahns Peak Consulting is a business systems consulting firm specializing in NetSuite ERP, integrations, supply chain, financial systems, ecommerce, and long-term managed services.
Our team brings a practitioner-first approach to consulting. We have worked inside businesses using the systems we implement, giving us an understanding of not only how technology should be configured, but how it needs to work for the people and processes relying on it every day.
We partner with growing organizations to simplify complex systems and processes, improve operations, and build scalable technology environments that support long-term growth.
Our purpose is simple: Delivering systems that empower companies to grow.
What You Will Do
As Client Delivery Manager, you will lead the consulting delivery organization and be accountable for ensuring projects are properly scoped, staffed, managed, and delivered. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will move between executive client conversations, project management, functional consulting, technical teams, and internal business operations, while developing consultants and shaping how the firm delivers as it grows.
Responsibilities:
- Own the health and performance of the client delivery portfolio, ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and at the expected level of quality
- Establish and continuously improve delivery standards and methodology across implementation, optimization, and managed services engagements
- Lead resource and capacity planning, matching consultant capabilities to client needs and partnering with leadership on hiring plans
- Guide NetSuite functional and technical engagements, reviewing complex solution designs and helping teams weigh configuration, customization, and integration alternatives
- Own delivery financial performance, including project profitability, billable utilization, forecasting, and early identification of change orders
- Support discovery, Statements of Work, and effort estimates for strategic opportunities, and ensure an effective transition from sales into delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop consultants and project managers, and mentor emerging leaders
Who You Are
You are an experienced consulting leader who pairs sound business judgment with practical implementation experience. You understand both business processes and technology well enough to challenge solutions and guide teams, even if you are not the one writing every script. You build credibility with executives while earning the trust of the consultants doing the work, you care about project economics as much as technical quality, and you address problems early. You can create structure without creating unnecessary complexity, and you enjoy teaching, coaching, and helping a growing firm build what it needs for its next stage.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ERP, business systems, technology consulting, or professional services experience
- Significant experience delivering NetSuite implementations, optimization projects, or related ERP programs
- Experience leading multiple concurrent client engagements and managing consultants, project managers, technical resources, or cross-functional delivery teams
- Solid understanding of professional services project economics, including scope, budget, utilization, revenue, and project margin
- Demonstrated ability to manage executive client relationships and difficult delivery situations
- Preferred: Experience with tools such as SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, Celigo, Boomi, Shopify Plus, SPS Commerce or other EDI platforms, RF-SMART or NetSuite WMS, and Avalara
- Preferred: Background in manufacturing and supply chain systems, financial systems and accounting processes, third-party logistics integrations, or managed services organizations
- Preferred: NetSuite certifications, valued alongside demonstrated consulting and leadership experience
Benefits
- $105,000 to $125,000 base salary, depending on experience and qualifications
- Performance-based annual bonus
- Employee Ownership Program
- 401(k) with company match
- Paid time off
- Fully remote U.S.-based role, with travel generally targeted at 10 to 15% or less
- Professional development and certification support
- Meaningful exposure to company leadership, strategy, clients, and business operations, and the opportunity to shape the systems, processes, and culture of a growing consulting firm
