What You’ll Do....

Recruiting & Mentorship Responsibilities

• Coaching: Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement.
• Goal Setting: Help team members set clear objectives and provide ongoing support to keep them on track.
• Training Facilitation: Lead sessions on sales best practices, customer service excellence, and overcoming objections.
• Performance Support: Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to help team members grow and succeed.
• Collaboration: Partner with leadership to identify training needs and implement strategies that drive team success.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess team performance and provide actionable guidance for improvement.

Client Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Use proven outreach strategies to connect with potential clients through virtual platforms.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling virtual presentations that highlight the value of our products and services.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules to drive sales growth.
• Negotiation & Closing: Confidently negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales goals.
• Client Relationships: Build trust and rapport to become a go-to advisor for clients, offering tailored insurance solutions.

What You Bring

• Proven success in sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training sales teams (preferred).
• Deep understanding of sales principles, client relationship management, and market dynamics.

• A positive, empathetic, and team-oriented attitude.
