Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with coordinating vacations, getaways, cruises, tours, and group arrangements

• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities

• Provide clear recommendations based on client needs

• Coordinate bookings with suppliers and vendors

• Maintain organized client records and follow-up communication

• Support clients before, during, and after their experience
