Who We Serve
North Bay Regional Center (NBRC) provides advocacy, services, support, and care coordination to children and adults diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. We partner with community-based organizations and agencies to empower our clients to thrive and live as independently as possible within the geographically, culturally, and ethnically diverse communities we serve.
North Bay Regional Center serves over 12,000 people living within the geographic boundaries of Napa, Sonoma and Solano counties. Note: Bilingual Spanish/English skills are preferred.
Position Description
As a Client Services Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assistance to Case Management, Clinical, Early Intervention, Resource Development, Federal Revenue, Information Technology (IT), Fiscal Department, Emergency Management and Facilities Department, SDP, Quality Assurance staff and agency departments, as needed.
Nature of Work
Under the direction of the Fiscal Supervisor: will provide support for day-to-day operations of the NBRC Fiscal department, to include assistance and support related to Fiscal tasks; takes meeting notes; establishes and maintains tracking systems for Fiscal Supervisor; runs daily, weekly and monthly reports, completes forms and documentation, requests information and responds to requests for information; uploads documents to Cloudbased archive filing system, word processes documents, enters data into computers, maintains Fiscal files, assists Fiscal department with scanning, photocopying, and mailing of documents and payments, and service providers by email, telephone, or in person and provides back up to Case Management CSA positions. Will support accounting department as needed.
Minimum Education/Experience
Equivalent or graduation from high school
Three years of administrative/clerical experience in a work environment
OR
Graduation from business school or other two-year post high school program and two years of administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel) and have the ability to type 50 WPM.
Special Requirements
Fluency in a language in addition to English is desirable and may be required.
Ability to provide personal automobile transportation during working hours and for after-hours emergencies or access to another form of reliable transportation which meets these minimum requirements. This position will be primarily based in the office; however remote work may also be available.

$47,268 – $52,104 with opportunities for 5% increases annually
