Are you a compassionate and organized professional with a background in social work? Meals on Wheels is looking for a 

Client Services Supervisor – Social Worker to guide our team of Client Services Specialists in delivering critical services to older adults in our community. In this Social Worker Supervisor role, you'll ensure that clients receive the support they need—including assessments, well checks, and meal deliveries—while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with funding requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and support a team of Client Services Specialists
• Oversee the intake process, assessments, and ongoing support for clients across all Meals on Wheels programs
• Ensure accurate documentation in the ServTracker database
• Lead caregiver education programming and coordinate community resources
• Respond to client wellbeing concerns and oversee incident reporting
• Train and evaluate team members and contribute to a culture of quality service
• Occasionally assist with meal delivery as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and LSW required
• At least 1 year of case management experience
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ServTracker a plus
• Knowledge of medical terminology and local community resources
• Valid Ohio driver’s license, insurable driving record, and ability to pass background check

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $53,000 - $55,000/ year
• 13 Paid Holidays, a generous 21 days of PTO
