Job Description - Remote Client Services Support Associate

We are seeking individuals who enjoy supporting clients and providing excellent service. This role focuses on helping clients coordinate plans and resolving questions throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients regarding their plans
Research and coordinate reservation options
Provide guidance based on client preferences
Resolve scheduling or service-related issues
Maintain detailed notes and records
