Client Solutions Specialist – Insurance & Customer Relationships
Location: Three Rivers, MI (Hybrid: 2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote after Training)

What This Role Looks Like:
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you’ll work directly with new and existing customers to understand their needs and offer personalized insurance solutions. You'll be part educator, part advisor, and part problem-solver—no cold calling, just real conversations that make a difference.
Hybrid Work Model:
First 90 Days: Hands-on training in-office, Monday–Friday
After Training: Hybrid schedule – 2 days in-office, 3 days remote
What You'll Be Doing:
- Engage with warm leads and referrals
- Help customers choose the right insurance protection based on their goals
- Follow up consistently and build lasting relationships with clients
- Assist with quotes, policy questions, and coverage reviews
- Serve as a trusted advisor for life’s "what ifs"
- Create a positive, professional customer experience
Who We're Looking For:
- You enjoy connecting with people and helping them feel confident in their decisions
- You’re detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
- You have experience in customer service, banking, mortgage, or retail sales
- You're coachable, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a rewarding career
- You’re comfortable working independently and in a team environment
- Property & Casualty license a plus (or must be willing to obtain)
