Job Description - Client Success & Marketplace Growth Specialist for SaaS Company in the US (Home Based Full Time)




• Provide client support via chat and email



• Monitor campaign performance and Sell-Through Rate (STR)



• Identify and address campaigns at risk of underperforming



• Support buyer growth, engagement, retention, and lifecycle initiatives



• Assist with content and UGC strategies



• Review and verify campaign orders and ensure compliance



• Maintain daily reports and analyze campaign performance data
